Souths Logan Magpies are deeply intertwined in the rich cultural history of Rugby League – being widely recognised as the homeland of Rugby League superstars, icons and revered figures.

Some of the most influential men and women in the game’s long history have donned the black and white, passing through the gates of historic Davies Park, West End – John Grant (Former Chairman of the ARLC), Wayne Bennett (Legendary Supercoach), Mal Meninga (13^th Immortal), Karyn Murphy (Former Jillaroos Captain, Titans NRLW Head Coach and Women’s Development) and Phil Dennis (Most capped QRL player).

Our vision at SLM is to be recognised in the community, and by our peers, as a Club that offers opportunity through our highly successful development program – embracing life skills and education – offering a clearly defined pathway for the future success of our young men and women.
